Subsequent Events	On February 13, 2025, the Company announced the permanent closure of its Red River containerboard mill in Campti, Louisiana with operations expected to cease by March 31, 2025. The Company expects to recognize costs associated with the closure in the first quarter of 2025, including accelerated depreciation, pre-tax cash severance and other shutdown charges.
