Restructuring and Related Activities [Note Text Block]	NOTE 7 - RESTRUCTURING AND OTHER CHARGES, NET 2023: There were no restructuring and other charges recorded during the nine months ended September 30, 2023. 2022: During the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company recorded a $93 million pre-tax charge in Corporate related to early debt extinguishment costs.
