Schedule of basic minimum annual rental payments

The Company leases space for its corporate offices (including its manufacturing facility) at 140 58^th Street, Suite 8E, Brooklyn, New York. The lease term runs from December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2020. The basic minimum annual rentals are as follows:
