     TAKE NOTICE FROM THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY, that the undersigned Director of INCO LIMITED (the “Company”), a Canadian corporation, hereby constitutes and appoints Stuart F. Feiner, Carl J.A. DeLuca, Thomas W. Leishman and Mark J.
