Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 20, 2015, the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement for the refranchising and sale of related restaurant assets of 23 Applebee’s company-operated restaurants located in a two-state market area geographically centered around Kansas City, Missouri. This sale is expected to close in the fiscal third quarter of 2015.
