Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 20, 2012, the Company entered into an asset purchase agreement for the refranchising and sale of related restaurant assets of 65 Applebee's company-operated restaurants located in Michigan. This transaction is expected to close by the end of fiscal 2012. A gain will be recognized upon the close of the transaction.
