Restrictions as to Dividends and Limitations on Indebtedness	Note 5 – Restrictions as to Dividends and Limitations on Indebtedness The debt instruments issued by Credco impose the requirement that Credco maintain a minimum consolidated net worth of $50 million, which limits the amount of dividends Credco can pay to its parent. There are no limitations on the amount of debt that can be issued by Credco, provided it maintains the minimum fixed charge coverage ratio of 1.25.
