Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS IDACORP: Idaho Power performs corporate functions such as financial, legal, and management services for IDACORP and its subsidiaries. Idaho Power charges IDACORP for the costs of these services based on service agreements and other specifically identified costs. For these services, Idaho Power billed IDACORP $0.8 million in 2019 and $0.7 million in both 2018 and 2017. At December 31, 2019 and 2018, Idaho Power had a $1.9 million payable to IDACORP, which was included in its accounts payable to affiliates balance on its consolidated balance sheets. In 2019, Idaho Power paid IDACORP certain estimated income taxes that had been accrued at December 31, 2018. Ida-West: Idaho Power purchases all of the power generated by four of Ida-West’s hydropower projects located in Idaho. Idaho Power paid Ida-West $8.6 million in 2019, $9.7 million in 2018, and $9.8 million in 2017 for that power.
