Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTSSubsequent to March 31, 2025, EastGroup settled outstanding forward equity sale agreements under the Current ATM Program by issuing 250,516 shares of common stock in exchange for net proceeds of approximately $44,430,000.
