INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe effective income tax rate was 23.7% and 22.7% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021, respectively, compared to 30.0% and 31.0% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020, respectively, primarily due to the termination of the non-deductible health insurance industry fee in 2021.
