INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES The effective income tax rate was 34.0% for the three months ended March 31, 2017, compared to 49.2% for the three months ended March 31, 2016 primarily due to the 2017 temporary suspension of the non-deductible health insurance industry fee as well as previously non-deductible transaction costs that, as a result of termination of the Merger Agreement, became deductible for tax purposes and were recorded as such in the three months ended March 31, 2017.
