PLAN TERMINATION	PLAN TERMINATION Although it has not expressed any intent to do so, AEPSC has the right to take such actions as will allow contributions to the Plan to be discontinued at any time and to terminate the Plan subject to the provisions of ERISA. In the event of Plan termination, affected participants would be made 100 percent vested in their accounts.
