Employer Contributions
 
Although not required by ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, the Company may elect to make a voluntary contribution to its qualified domestic defined benefit pension plan in 2016. No contributions were required in the prior year, but the Company made a voluntary contribution to its qualified domestic defined benefit pension plan of $20.0 million in January 2015. The Company anticipates making required contributions of approximately $1.9 million to its foreign pension plans during 2016, of which $0.9 million has been contributed through June 30, 2016.
