Acquisitions and Divestitures	Acquisitions and Divestitures During the first quarter, the Corporation acquired two small hearth companies, in January 2020 and March 2020. Both transactions were asset acquisitions and were consummated entirely in cash. The aggregate purchase price was approximately $10 million, and the preliminary allocation includes $8.9 million of goodwill, which is tax deductible. The remaining assets and liabilities acquired are not material. The Corporation will finalize the allocation of the purchase price during 2020 based on the final purchase price and any adjustments required over the remaining measurement period.
