Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers


On June 1, 2019, Brandon Sieben informed HNI Corporation he will resign from his position as President, Allsteel, effective July 9, 2019. After 24 years of dedicated service, Mr. Sieben expressed his wish to pursue a new opportunity outside of HNI Corporation and the furniture industry.

Kris Yates has been promoted to the position of President, Allsteel. Ms. Yates has been with HNI Corporation for over 13 years in a variety of positions including Vice President of Sales, Allsteel, and most recently as President of Gunlocke.
