Contingencies	Contingencies We are a party to various litigation and legal proceedings which we believe, based on advice of counsel, will not either individually or in the aggregate have a material adverse effect on our financial condition, results of operations or cash flows. Pursuant to the 2007 Energy Independence and Security Act, the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) promulgated the Renewable Fuel Standard 2 (“RFS2”) regulations reflecting the increased volume of renewable fuels mandated to be blended into the nation's fuel supply. The regulations, in part, require refiners to add annually increasing amounts of “renewable fuels” to their petroleum products or purchase credits, known as renewable identification numbers (“RINs”), in lieu of such blending. The EPA has not yet finalized the 2014 nor the 2015 percentage standards under its RFS2 program. In May 2015, the EPA revised the estimate of 2014 and 2015 percentage standards under its RFS2 program. Accordingly, in the second quarter of 2015, we recorded a $4.1 million reduction of amounts accrued through December 2014. In the third quarter of 2015, the EPA issued a memorandum stating they had made a mistake in their May 2015 estimate that they intend to correct when the 2014 percentage standards are finalized. We recorded a $5.2 million increase to expense during the three months ended September 30, 2015 based on this memorandum. The estimated quantity of renewable fuels or RINs that we are required to purchase and that have been accrued for as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, as well as for the nine months and year then ended, are based on quantities proposed by the EPA as revised in May 2015. The EPA has indicated that it expects to finalize the 2014 and 2015 percentage requirements in November 2015 that are expected to reflect increases to the previous provisional amounts. Such amounts are not expected to be material.
