In May&#160;2009, we finalized a strategic development agreement with Teletracking Technologies, Inc. (&#8220;TeleTracking&#8221;) that resulted in the purchase by TeleTracking of certain assets and obligations related to the NaviCare<sup style="font-size: 85%; vertical-align: text-top">&#174;</sup> Patient Flow product line.
