Common Stock	Common Stock The stock-based compensation cost that was charged against income, net of tax, for all plans was $3.4 million and $3.8 million in the quarterly periods ended June 30, 2017 and 2016, and $11.1 million and $11.5 million in the year to date periods ended June 30, 2017 and 2016. During the first quarter of fiscal 2017, we purchased 0.6 million shares of our common stock for $30.0 million in the open market, leaving $34.7 million of shares available for purchase under a $190 million share repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors in September 2013, which does not have an expiration date.
