Cash Dividends	5. Cash Dividends The $0.07 cash dividend declared September 5, 2012, was paid November 30, 2012. On December 4, 2012, a cash dividend of $0.15 per share was declared for shareholders of record on February 15, 2013, payable March 1, 2013. The dividend payable is included in accounts payable in the Consolidated Condensed Balance Sheet.
