Additional 402(v) Disclosure
Allient utilizes key financial performance metrics in determination of target and actual compensation of the PEO and NEOs. As shown in the above table, as well as the following graphs, Allient utilizes an extensive planning and assessment process to ensure that compensation remains aligned with the overall success of the Company.
