Other Events On October 9, 2003, Harvey Electronics, Inc. (the "Company") received notice from NASDAQ that its common stock failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive trading days as required by The Nasdaq SmallCap Market set forth in NASDAQ Small Cap Market Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) (the "Rule"). On February 20, 2004, the Company received notice from NASDAQ Listing Qualifications that because the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for at least ten consecutive trading days, the Company has regained compliance with the Rule, and that the matter is now closed.
