Note F – Stock-Based Compensation

We recognized $1.3 million and $2.1 million of stock-based compensation during the three months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. We recognized $2.3 million and $3.2 million of stock-based compensation during the six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively.

We made our annual grant of stock-based awards in the second quarter of 2014 (April 15, 2014). We did not have any additional significant stock-based compensation activity in the first half of 2014.

Equity awards granted during the quarter were as follows:
