COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Operating Leases ---------------- The Company moved to a new facility and signed a new operating lease for three years as of March 1, 2011. The monthly lease payments per month are $7,600. There are future minimum rental payments required under the operating leases for the facility. The lease of the facility expires in 2014.
