Subsequent Event	21. Subsequent Events Following the startup of the Liza Phase 2 project in February 2022, we repaid the remaining $500 million outstanding under our $1 billion term loan and we announced a 50 percent increase in our quarterly dividend on common stock. In January 2022, we paid accrued Libyan income tax and royalties of approximately $470 million related to operations for the period December 2020 through November 2021.
