Subsequent Events	16. Subsequent Events In October 2014, the Corporation and its co‑owners agreed to proceed with the development of the Stampede Field (Hess 25%) located in Green Canyon Blocks 468, 511 and 512 in the Gulf of Mexico. In October 2014, the Corporation also reached an agreement to sell its interest in its energy trading joint venture, HETCO. This transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2015.
