SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 19 — SUBSEQUENT EVENT On August 3, 2011, the Company acquired a company in the business of reconditioning steel drums, plastic drums and intermediate bulk containers and manufacturing new tinplate pails and containers. The acquired company operates from eight production facilities in Europe, and its results will be reported in the Rigid Industrial Packaging & Services segment.
