Subsequent Events	Note 12 – Subsequent Events Dividends On May 5, 2014, the Company declared a dividend of $0.045 per share that is payable to shareholders of record on May 15, 2014. There were 10,487,511 shares outstanding on May 15, 2014 resulting in a total dividend of $471,938 which will be paid to shareholders on May 31, 2014.
