During the nine-months ended September 30, 2019, the amount recorded as a benefit was not material. During the nine-months ended September 30, 2019, we contributed $3 million to this plan. During the three and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2019, we contributed $2 million and $9 million, respectively, in matching contributions to our 401(k) Plan. During the remainder of 2019, we estimate that our contributions will be approximately $3 million to this plan, excluding discretionary profit-sharing contributions.
