United Acquisition -

On

May 1, 2019,

we completed the acquisition of the assets of WWNY-TV (CBS) and WNYF-CD (FOX) in Watertown, New York (DMA

) and KEYC-TV (CBS/FOX) in Mankato, Minnesota (DMA

) from United Communications, Inc. for

million. We began operating those stations on

March 1, 2019

under a local programming and marketing agreement, thereby increasing the total number of our markets to

As of

March 31, 2019,

we had prepaid the majority of the

million purchase price.
