Arconic Inc. published the following article on its employee website:

Headline: Shareholder Vote on Reincorporation Scheduled

Arconic will hold a special meeting of shareholders on November 30, 2017, to vote on matters related to our previously announced proposal to reincorporate in Delaware. A proxy statement was filed with the SEC on October 13, 2017 and we encourage all shareholders to vote promptly, following instructions they soon will receive. Employees who have balances in the Arconic Stock Fund in the Company’s savings plans should watch for an email from “Shareholder Services” with a subject line including “Arconic Inc. - 2017 Special Meeting of Shareholders.”

We believe our shareholders will benefit from the reincorporation to Delaware, which is the leading jurisdiction of incorporation for U.S. public companies. Reincorporating in Delaware would result in no supermajority voting provisions in our organizational documents and what is known as a "declassified Board" with directors standing for election every year. Five Things to Know about Reincorporating in Delaware.
