Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Management evaluated all activity of Howmet and concluded that no subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition in the Consolidated Financial Statements or disclosure in the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements, except as noted below: See Note N regarding the early redemption of the remaining outstanding 5.125% Notes. See Note H regarding an increase in share repurchase authorization by the Company’s Board of Directors. On July 30, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.08 per share on its common stock to be paid on August 26, 2024 to holders of record as of the close of business on August 9, 2024. The quarterly dividend represents a 60% increase from the second quarter 2024 dividend of $0.05 per share.
