Capital Stock	Note 21. Capital Stock Dividends During 2020, we paid cash dividends of $37 million on our common stock. This excludes dividends earned on stock based compensation plans of $1 million. On April 16, 2020, we announced that we suspended the quarterly dividend on our common stock. Common Stock Repurchases We may repurchase shares delivered to us by employees as payment for the exercise price of stock options and the withholding taxes due upon the exercise of stock options or the vesting or payment of stock awards. During 2022, 2021 and 2020, we did not repurchase any shares from employees.
