SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 14 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT A Purchase and Sales Agreement was executed by and between Golden Flake Snack Foods, Inc. as Seller, and Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP as Purchaser, on April 4, 2011, for the sale of approximately 1 acre of land located adjacent to the Company’s central warehouse in Pensacola, Florida. The purchase price was $100,000.00. The sale was closed on June 17, 2011.
