Note 7 - COMMON STOCK

Under the Share Exchange Agreement, the Company issued to the shareholders of Chang-On 60,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company had 1,307, 366 shares of common stock issued and outstanding before the closing of the share exchange. On March 23, 2007, the Company filed an S-8 to register 6,000,000 shares of common stock for stock based compensation (Note 8). The Company had a total of 67,307,366 shares issued and outstanding as of September 30, 2011.
