1. ORGANIZATION

Glatfelter Corporation and subsidiaries (“Glatfelter”), formerly known as P. H. Glatfelter Company and subsidiaries, is a leading global supplier of engineered materials. Our high-quality, innovative and customizable solutions are found in tea and single-serve coffee filtration, personal hygiene and packaging products as well as home improvement and industrial applications. We are headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and operate facilities in the United States, Canada, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the Philippines. We have sales and distribution offices in the U.S., Europe, Russia and China and our products are marketed worldwide, either directly to customers or through brokers and agents.
