Fiscal Period	The Company’s fiscal year ends on the Friday closest to September 30. The fiscal year ending on September 29, 2023 consists of 52 weeks (“fiscal 2023”). The fiscal year ended on September 30, 2022 consisted of 52 weeks (“fiscal 2022”). The three and nine months ended June 30, 2023, and July 1, 2022, consisted of 13 weeks and 39 weeks, respectively.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees.
