Fiscal Period	The Company’s fiscal year ends on the Friday closest to September 30. Fiscal 2022 consists of 52 weeks and ends on September 30, 2022. Fiscal 2021 consisted of 53 weeks and ended on October 1, 2021. The three and six months ended April 1, 2022, and April 2, 2021, each consisted of 13 weeks and 26 weeks, respectively.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees.
