Fiscal Period	The Company’s fiscal year ends on the Friday closest to September 30. Fiscal 2021 consists of 52 weeks and ends on October 1, 2021. Fiscal 2020 consisted of 53 weeks and ended on October 2, 2020. The first quarters of fiscal 2021 and 2020 each consisted of 13 weeks and ended on January 1, 2021, and December 27, 2019, respectively.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees. If a reporting lag exists, the closing date of the entity having a different period end is generally noted, along with an explanation of the necessity for using different closing dates.
