COMMITMENTS

The Company has various operating leases primarily for buildings, computers and equipment. Rent expense amounted to $20.5 million, $20.6 million, and $19.5 million in the fiscal years ended September 28, 2018, September 29, 2017, and September 30, 2016, respectively.
