Marketable Securities	MARKETABLE SECURITIES The Company accounts for its investment in marketable securities in accordance with ASC 320-Investments-Debt and Equity Securities ("ASC 320"), and classifies them as “available for sale”. At September 30, 2011, these securities consisted of $3.2 million par value in ARS, with a carrying value of $2.3 million. The difference between the par value and the carrying value is categorized as a temporary loss in other comprehensive income. The Company receives the scheduled interest payments in accordance with the terms of the ARS. The Company closely monitors and evaluates the appropriate accounting treatment in each reporting period for the ARS.
