("Vlasic FAL") as follows: 48,800 shares to its general partner, VL Energy LLC; 172,533 shares to Azure Energy LLC, a limited partner; and 1,512,000 shares to VILLCo Energy, LLC ("VILLCo Energy"), the other limited partner. Of these three entities, Mr. Vlasic has a beneficial ownership interest in Vlasic FAL and VILLCo Energy, as reported on this Form 4. The distribution to VILLCo Energy changed only the nature of Mr. Vlasic's beneficial ownership. Mr. Vlasic disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares of the issuer held by Vlasic FAL and VILLCo Energy in excess of his respective proportionate interests in these entities.
