Mr. Lodzinski has no beneficial interest in Vlasic Investments LLC. The 16,000 shares distributed to VL Energy, LLC were distributed to Mr. Lodzinski, who now holds these shares directly. Of the 96,000 shares distributed to Azure Energy LLC, 26,400 shares were distributed to Mr. Lodzinski, 26,400 were distributed to Mr. Lodzinski's spouse, and the remaining 43,200 shares were distributed to Mr. Lodzinski's adult children.
