Statements of Cash Flows	(12) Statements of Cash Flows During the six-month period ended November 27, 2011, we made net cash interest payments of $162.0 million, compared to $161.1 million in the same period last year. Also, in the six-month period ended November 27, 2011, we made tax payments of $344.3 million, compared to $355.1 million in the same period last year. In addition, we acquired interests in Yoplait S.A.S. and Yoplait Marques S.A.S. for $1.2 billion including $261.3 million of non-cash consideration for debt assumed.
