Goodwill

Our goodwill, all of which pertains to Rail North America and Rail International, was $79.7 million as of December 31, 2015 and $86.1 million as of December 31, 2014. In the fourth quarter of 2015, we performed a review for impairment of goodwill, and concluded that goodwill was not impaired. For 2015 and 2014, changes in the carrying amount of our goodwill resulted from changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
