In February 2019, the Board of Directors approved a $1.0 billion share repurchase authorization (the "February 2019 repurchase program"). The February 2019 repurchase program had $745 million remaining as of July 31, 2021.
All of the share repurchases were paid for as of July 31, 2021. All common stock repurchased is immediately retired.
