LEASE COMMITMENTS	NOTE I - LEASE COMMITMENTS We lease the majority of our administration and sales offices under operating leases that expire at varying times through 2017. Rental expense for the years 2012, 2011 and 2010 was $409, $1,809 and $1,086, respectively. The decrease in rental expense in 2012 over 2011 is primarily attributable to the lease termination associated with the closing of our corporate office in Coral Gables, Florida. Minimum rental commitments under non-cancelable operating leases as of December 31, 2012, are as follows: 2013 - $619; 2014 - $422; 2015 - $164; 2016 - $161; 2017 – $143; thereafter -$0.
