EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE H - EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS We have a defined contribution savings plan that covers substantially all employees. Under this savings plan, we may contribute to the plan based upon specified percentages of employees' voluntary contributions. We made no contributions to the plan for the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010. Our Board of Directors determined to not effect a matching contribution during 2012 and 2011.
