LEASE COMMITMENTS [Abstract]
LEASE COMMITMENTS	NOTE I - LEASE COMMITMENTS We lease the majority of our administration and sales offices under operating leases that expire at varying times through 2013. Rental expense for the years 2011, 2010 and 2009 was $1,809, $1,086 and $1,390, respectively. The increase in rental expense in 2011 over 2010 is primarily attributable to the lease termination associated with the closing of our corporate office in Coral Gables, Florida. Minimum rental commitments under non-cancelable operating leases as of December 31, 2011, are as follows: 2012 - $1,367; 2013 - $982; 2014 - $815; 2015 - $727; thereafter -$0.
