15. Share Repurchase

As of December 31, 2011, we have a $175.0 million share repurchase program which was originally authorized by our Board of Directors in May 2007 for $100.0 million and increased to $175.0 million in May 2008. We had no repurchases for the three and six months ended December 31, 2011 and January 1, 2011. As of December 31, 2011, we had approximately $57.9 million remaining under this authorization.
