Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 17: Subsequent Event Acquisition On January 15, 2021, we completed the acquisition of certain assets of STR Holdings, Inc. for a base purchase price of $6,300. STR Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Enfield, Connecticut, is a manufacturer of encapsulant products used in the solar industry. The acquisition will be included in our Engineering Adhesives operating segment.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
